Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on items that have been used.

We do not offer refunds for any item/s purchased on sale. All on sale purchases are final. We do not offer any size exchanges on sale items.

We will accept returns for faulty items within 30 days from your original purchase this is only given if we feel the item/s has not been used. The return shipping and handling fee will not be covered by Climax unless the product is incorrect or deemed to be faulty. Email us at climaxsurfwax@gmail.com or fill out a contact form with your order number and we will discuss your return/refund further. We do not accept returns on sale item.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON - United States Orders - Due to new Tariffs affecting New Zealand shipping and worldwide all United states orders will have Duties to pay of what the parcel is worth. Climax surf wax is not responsible for the payment of these duties. By ordering from the United States customers are acknowledging that they will have to pay these Duties in order to get their parcel. If the duties aren't paid by the customer Climax Surf Wax has to pay for return shipping of the parcel. If the customer refuses to pay the duties the customer acknowledges that Climax Surf wax will not provide a refund on the order. There will be no refunds on parcels that have no duties paid. We hate to be so harsh on this but unfortunately the US has put us in a bit of a tricky spot with these new Tariffs. We are hoping to have a new form of working this out/implementing into the website soon.
